We met Al at an open house, that we fell in love with. We were under the impression that our present complex had been sold to a developer and we were free to buy a new home. Al felt uneasy about the sale of our current place and investigated, only to find it wasn't actually sold. He kept in touch for the next 1 1/2 yrs and of course when we were ready we called him.
